Throughout this period, our team continues to work on your order until it is fully ready for dispatch. Once your parcel has been passed to the courier, it enters the transit phase. Many customers receive their parcel within typical transit ranges, although occasional variations may occur due to factors outside our control such as weather disruptions, seasonal demand, or temporary carrier delays. In the rare event that a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution in line with our policies. Parcels marked as delivered by the courier fall under the responsibility of the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is entered accurately when placing your order. Orders that are returned or undeliverable due to incorrect address details may require additional handling or reshipping fees.
