Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stanmugsco@gmail.com with supporting photos. We will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, let us know and we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

Because each product is prepared and packaged specifically for your order, we generally cannot offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, you may contact us and we will do our best to review your request and assist where possible.

Order Information Errors

Please ensure your address and order details are entered correctly at checkout. Refunds cannot be provided for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if processing has not begun. Once an order enters the preparation or shipping stage, cancellations may no longer be possible, but we will still do our best to assist.
